I’m writing this review after my divorce judgement. My child’ mother filed for divorce with kidnap allegations when I was out of country with the child. Before I was served with the petition, without the ability to be heard on this issue, court granted child’s custody and full possession of marital home to my Ex.

We had some other questions about caretaker rules and they didn't specialize in it and directed us to someone else to help us because they didn't want to tell us the wrong answers.
